minor set back today...
the organization which I signed up with for the big trip has suddenly decided I am not qualified enough to undertake the medical placement as I am not studying to be a nurse or a dr. odd, seeing as a month ago I was qualified to do so.
so I have sent a pleading email back to the director, explaining the course I am doing and my scope of practice (not to mention that in my opinion I am way more qualified to work in an emergency medical clinic than a student nurse)
if not I guess I will have to go through one of the other companies, which seem slightly dodgier but not completely scam-like.
so I guess for now I'm down but not out...
